NOTICE OF THE 70^TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & ELECTION OF 26 COUNCIL MEMBERS FOR TERM JUNE 2024 TO JUNE 2026

Notice is hereby given that the 70^th Annual General Meeting of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) (“AGM”) will be held as follows:

Date : 29 June 2024 (Saturday)

Time : 11:00 hours

Venue : Amber Junior Ballroom, Level G, AVANTE Hotel

No. 1, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama

47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

MBAM members may send in motions for discussion at the AGM and motions for amendment of the rules, if any. Kindly also be informed that this year is an election year. A list of Ordinary Members eligible for election as the 26 Council Members for Term June 2024 to June 2026 is attached.

The abovesaid motions for discussion at the AGM and nominations for election of the 26 Council Members (in the prescribed form attached to this notice) are required to be sent by Members to the Secretary-General of MBAM via email to mbam08@mbam.org.my no later than 4 June 2024 (Tuesday) ie. fifteen (15) days after the date of this preliminary notice. We are pleased to attach the following for your kind attention.
