NOTICE OF A VIRTUAL EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 2024
In accordance with Clause 7.2.3 of the Constitution of the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on a virtual basis through Zoom platform with live streaming at MBAM Tan Sri Datuk Tee Hock Seng Conference Room, No. 2-1, Jalan 2/109E, Desa Business Park, 58100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 14 November 2024 at 1100 hours.

Member company not able to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting may vote by proxy by completing the prescribed proxy form or naming a representative from another member company to act as proxy. The proxy form shall be deposited at the MBAM Secretariat not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
Please note that any proxy shall not hold more than two (2) votes as proxy.
