MBAM ONEBUILD – Malaysia International Construction & Infrastructure Technology Exhibition 2023

Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) would like to invite all MBAM Members to participate in MBAM OneBuild – Malaysia International Construction & Infrastructure Exhibition organised by MBAM OneBuild Sdn Bhd a subsidiary company of MBAM. This exhibition is set to take place from 11 to 13 October 2023 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. This year’s exhibition theme is Shaping The Future of Construction.
This year’s exhibition will focus on the followings:-
Day 1 – Shaping the Future of Digitalisation in Construction
As digital construction becomes the global trend’s migration towards Industrial Revolution 4.0, this year’s exhibition will emphasis on the importance of digital technology adoption in the construction industry.
Adoption of digital technologies will help construction companies in improving productivity, sustainability and the skills and competencies need to thrive. We will learn about the latest construction technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), 3D printing and etc.
Day 2 – Shaping the Future of Sustainability in Construction
With sustainability becoming a new direction to build your company’s resilience, this year’s exhibition will highlight the importance of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards in the construction industry.
As the industry transitions towards sustainability, ESG practices in the construction industry are becoming increasingly important for companies looking to reduce their environment impact and stay competitive in today’s market. By investing in ESG initiatives, companies can reduce their carbon emissions, increase energy efficiency, and enhance their brand reputation.
Day 3 – Shaping the Future of Industrialisation in Construction
The construction industry in Malaysia is transitioning from conventional methods to a more systematic and mechanized method known as the Industrialised Building System (IBS). The exhibition will highlight the importance of adoption and implementation of IBS in the construction industry.
By implementing IBS in construction, companies can improve construction quality and productivity, alleviating issues for skilled workers and dependency on manual foreign labour and ultimately lowering overall construction cost.
The show activities during the exhibition duration covers industry related seminars and sharing sessions, live demonstration, industry networking session and conference.
