COMPLAINT ON REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE (RA) REJECTIONS OR UNSATISFIED TERMS
As part of Bank Negara Malaysia’s continuous efforts to assist SMEs to have satisfactory experience on repayment assistance, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) would like to share with SME associations on additional channels to help the affected SMEs.
Firstly, MBAM member companies, especially SMEs who are unsatisfied with repayment assistance rejections/terms may lodge their complaints with BNM. To facilitate the redress process, SMEs could provide the necessary information via the link below. The feedback will be compiled by MBAM and submitted to BNM for their further action.

Secondly, BNM will hold regular engagement for SME associations to raise any repayment assistance issues faced by members and discuss with BNM and the financial institutions for amicable solutions. For that, MBAM has also been invited to attend the engagement sessions. Therefore, it is hoped that MBAM members with issues regarding the above subject matter could submit in their issues/concerns to be raised to BNM.
