We are pleased to inform you that the ICT-Automation-Robotic Committee will be organising an Autodesk Masterclass Empower Decision-Making with Clear, Data-Driven Dashboards.
Project directors must oversee timelines, budgets, and costs while regularly reporting progress. Identifying potential issues early and making informed decisions is crucial. Moving beyond traditional tools like Excel and WhatsApp, leveraging a connected data environment offers clear insights and real-time visibility.
Centralized dashboards will provide a comprehensive view of project performance and high-risk areas, while AI-powered predictive tools help spot issues before they escalate.
